I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andaz, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond - including helping me locate a lost necklace, which truly showcased their exceptional service and attention to detail. the room was not only impeccably clean but also soundproofed, providing a peaceful environment for a restful night's sleep. the ironing facilities were top-notch, ensuring my clothes looked immaculate for every occasion. In terms of amenities, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, creating a comfortable atmosphere even during the warmest hours of the day. the mini-bar was well-stocked with a variety of refreshments, and the tea and coffee facilities added a cozy touch to my mornings. the sitting area in the room was tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the vibrant Roma district. the terrace offered stunning views and a tranquil spot to unwind with a cup of coffee. the Grafo Cafe nearby was a delightful discovery, perfect for indulging in delicious local cuisine.
